Which Link ?

Please follow the guidance below carefully to ensure your payment is applied correctly before our previous payment system is retired:

‍If your date of service was before January 20, 2026
Please select and use the link labeled “Before 1/20/26” to submit your payment.

‍If your date of service was on or after January 20, 2026
‍Please select and use the link labeled “After 1/20/26” to submit your payment.
